TAMPA - In the span of 69 seconds, the Tampa Bay Lightning flipped the script on a game which had been flipped on them in under a minute earlier in the game. It resulted in a nice victory for Tampa Bay to open a five-game homestand.
The Lightning returned home from a three-game road trip that netted them a single point for their efforts. Returning home Tampa Bay needed to find a rhythm that has been missing in the early stages of the season. So seeing a one-goal lead after the first period get erased 62 seconds into the second period could have sunk the Lightning into a deeper hole.
