TORONTO - The playoffs provide a fresh canvas to paint a new picture.
The Tampa Bay Lightning reached into their bag of artistic tools for Game 1 against Toronto, pulled out a familiar brush they've used on previous projects and painted something many believed they no longer had the ability to piece together.
But with a new can of paint and a brush that has seen the many colors of postseasons past, the Lightning showed the type of work they can put on display with the right approach to the process and pulled the buzz out of the building behind a pair of buzzer beaters.
And the Lightning did...
