OTTAWA - Tampa Bay looked for a rebound coming off the late blow game in Toronto two nights earlier and were tested by the Ottawa Senators on Saturday afternoon.
The Lightning passed the test, picking up a 5-3 victory to improve to 4-0-1 in the past five games.
Ondrej Palat had a goal and three points, Steven Stamkos and Anthony Cirelli each had a goal and an assist while Brian Elliott picked up his first victory in a Lightning jersey after stopping 24 shots in his second start of the season.
