NASHVILLE, Tenn. – What the Tampa Bay Lightning accomplished through the opening 11 game of the season should not be taken for granted.
It's a season unlike any other, which presents its own set of challenges away from the rink. But when it comes to the play on the ice, facing the type of schedule, already having that schedule disrupted twice in the first two weeks, to sit where the Lightning are with just one regulation loss through 11 games, it's to be celebrated (while keeping in mind that it's just 20 percent of the season played)....
