That was the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday, going about their business to prepare and face the Detroit Red Wings in the second half of a back-to-back on what was to be the third game of a four-game road trip. But around midday, sometime after the team meal and during the game-day nap time, the team found out that the game in Detroit was going to be the last game of the trip.
