TAMPA – The rematch of the 2020 Stanley Cup Final finally took place on Saturday.
After the four previously scheduled meetings between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Dallas Stars were postponed - the first two because of COVID protocols the other two due to severe cold weather in Texas that knocked out power in the Dallas area, the two teams met for the first of eight meetings on the season, which marks the first time since 1992-93 that the two Stanley Cup finalists will meet more than twice in a season.
But the first rematch proved to be more of a mismatch in favor of the defending Stanley Cup ...
