TAMPA – With all the prospects that have risen through the Tampa Bay Lightning development system, perhaps none bring as much intrigue as Alex Barre-Boulet.
For the past two years, fans and prospect sites have kept a close eye on the former undrafted forward since he was signed as a free agent on March 1, 2018, one season after leading the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in playoff goals with 14.
