TAMPA - By gosh, he's done it again.
Tampa Bay Lightning general manger Julien BriseBois once again identified an area in which he felt the on-ice roster needed to be addressed, zeroed in on a particular player the pro scouting staff identified as someone who could fill that need and went out an executed a deal to make it happen. And, once again, it came at a premium price that many outside the organization felt to be an overpay.
But that's how the Lightning roll and they are once again rolling the dice in the hopes of capturing lighting in a bottle with a high energy, forechecking forward cap...
