TAMPA – Now, we get down to the final position battles.
The Tampa Bay Lightning finished off the first full week of training camp with four games in five nights, doing plenty of evaluating along the way, trying to assess the players from top to bottom, with an eye more on the bottom of the organizational pool. Now that early part of training camp is finished and the basics of system play has been implemented and introduced, the final week of preparation for the regular season begins in earnest with the three final preseason games, starting Tuesday in Sunrise.
