With restrictive protocols back in place as Tampa Bay Lightning hit the road, some question why testing has “taken two steps back”

BRANDON - It's deja vu all over again for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
On Friday, the Lightning were set to depart for Colorado, with some players already at the airport to depart, when the scheduled game against the Avalanche set for Saturday was postponed because of the number of Colorado players unavailable due to COVID protocols. Then on Saturday the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players' Association issued a revised a list of revised protocols for all teams that will be in effect until at least January 7.
