Tampa Bay Lightning enter first free agent period under Julien BriseBois with holes to fill and potential to add a key piece

BRANDON – Free agency season arrives at noon on July 1 and for the first time in a couple of summers, the Tampa Bay Lightning expect to be on the playing field when action opens up.
The past couple of summers the Lightning have essentially sat on the bench watching things unfold, concentrating more on their own players or looking to improve the roster in Syracuse.
