Tampa Bay Lightning face back-to-back at NYI

BELMONT, N.Y. - The Tampa Bay Lightning have little time to move past the emotions of Wednesday night.

While the Lightning dropped a 3-1 game to the New York Rangers, the bigger news was the loss of defenseman Mikhail Sergachev. After missing 17 games with a foot injury, Sergachev returned to face the Rangers, only to have to be stretchered off the ice when his ankle twisted under his own weight following a collision with Alexis Lafreniere in the second period.
