TAMPA - Since reporting for the start of training camp, the Tampa Bay Lightning have been together for 41 days.
Of those 41 days, the team has been in town for a total of 21 full days.
Of the 14 games played between the preseason and the start of the regular season, the Lightning have played three at Amalie Arena.
"I think twice in the last little while, all I did was take clothes out of a suitcase and put clothes in the suitcase,'' Lightning head coach Jon Cooper said. "I was not putting anything away because we've just been on the road so much.''
