TAMPA – Steven Stamkos said nobody feels more frustration over his recent run of injuries than Steven Stamkos.
The most recent incident occurred on April 8 in Columbus when he stretched for a puck during a game that has kept him out since.
While the injury was ruled out to be related to the core muscle surgery that kept him out of most of the playoffs last season, it was severe enough to land him on long term injury and will keep him out for the final three games of the regular season.
But Stamkos has an eye on his return date as he works his way back into the team.
