TAMPA - When the National Hockey League committed to participating in the 2022 Winter Olympics, no team figured to see more players and staff represent their respective countries in the tournament than the Tampa Bay Lightning.
That was evident early in the process when country federations were announcing three initial players on their rosters.
But due to the COVID outbreaks that has wreaked havoc on the NHL schedule this season, that three week break in February the league was going to implement for Olympic participation will now have to be utilized as make up dates for all the games that need...
