BRANDON – When it comes to organizational riches, the already talented farm system of the Tampa Bay Lightning got a little richer in March.
Days after Tampa Bay dealt away top forward prospect Brett Howden, the team’s first round pick in 2016, as part of the trade deadline deal with the New York Rangers, the Lightning signed highly skilled forward Alex Barre-Boulet out of Blainville in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
