TAMPA – Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman played the second half of last season and the entire playoffs on the equivalent a wheel riding down the highway with a nail head sticking out the tire.
The tire will still need to be fixed but provided there is no further damage to the tire, the engine will still get you to the final destination. The repair job can take place after passing the finish line.
