TAMPA - The Tampa Bay Lightning returned home over the weekend after spending the week escaping Hurricane Ian by holding up in Nashville for four-plus days.
The team lost two home preseason games - one of which won't be made up - and a practice day. While Floridians were hold up in boarded up homes and evacuation centers, the Lightning did their best to keep the focus on training camp while their minds were constantly steering toward what was taking place back home.
