TAMPA – After months of speculation and weeks of negotiations, the National Hockey League formalized a Return to Play plan.
In a comprehensive 41-page document released by the NHL and the National Hockey League Player's Association on Monday, hockey is set to resume play in less than a month. Well, provided the virus that sent the league into a pause on March 12 remains outside the bubble the league hopes to place the 24 teams into starting July 26.
