It's been almost a month since the NHL started Phase 3 with the start of training camp on July 13 and two weeks since 24 teams entered the "secure zone'' bubbles in Edmonton and Toronto. But now that the round robin games are complete and the qualification rounds are over, we have the 16-team playoff field set and the action gets underway on Tuesday.
